Definition: In this system, the key phrase "throwing actions" is defined as;
1. a series of movements, kinetic in nature, that are executed with the use of the body or some part of it,
2. a series of biomechanical movements, absent of technical intent, that are symbolic of hurling an opponent's body or some part of it,
3. a series of biomechanical movements that are used in conjunction with the intent to hurl an opponent's body or some part of it,
4. an expression that refers to real throwing actions and deceptive throwing actions
