Label: In the White Lotus System of Unarmed Combat^®, the expression "technical" is a label that's used to identify;

1. a specific key term within the system's spoken language and written language,
2. an expression that is associated with basic skill development,
3. an expression that is associated with intermediate skill development,
4. an expression that is associated with advanced skill development.

Definition: In this system, technical is defined as;

1. an expression that refers to a technical skill set; e.g. guarding, striking, blocking, parrying, grappling, or throwing,
2. an expression that refers to a technique; e.g. a guarding technique, striking technique, blocking technique, parrying technique, grappling technique, or throwing technique,
3. an expression that refers to a technical designation; e.g. a real technique, illusionary technique, deceptive technique, or veiled technique,
4. an expression that refers to a technical arrangement, technical condition, technical exercise, technical objective, or technical process.
