Intent

 
Label: In the White Lotus System of Unarmed Combat®, the expression "intent" is a label that's used to identify a specific key term within the system's spoken language and written language.

Definition:
In this system, the key term "intent" is defined as;
1. an expression that refers to combative intent,
2. an expression that refers to blocking intent, grappling intent, guarding intent, parrying intent, striking intent, or throwing intent,
3. having one's attention sharply focused on something that is pertinent to blocking, grappling, guarding, parrying, striking, or throwing,
4. determined or resolved to do something that is pertinent to blocking, grappling, guarding, parrying, striking, or throwing,
5. something that is planned in battle; e.g. the plan to block, grapple, guard, parry, strike, or throw.
