Definition: In this system, the key phrase "biomechanical action" is defined as;
1. the observable kinetic form of the human body or some part of it,
2. the physical effect of moving one's body, or some part of it, from one point in space to another,
3. a movement, kinetic in nature, that is done with the use of the body or some part of it,
4.
a movement that is absent of technical intent; e.g. a movement that is symbolic of blocking, grappling, guarding, parrying, striking, or throwing.
