Biomechanical Actions

In the White Lotus System of Unarmed Combat®, the expression "biomechanical actions" is a label that's used to identify;

Definition: In this system, the key phrase "biomechanical actions" is defined as;
1. the observable kinetic forms of the human body or parts of it,
2. the physical effect of moving one's body, or parts of it, from points in space to other points in space,
3. a series of movements, kinetic in nature, that are assumed with the use of the body or parts of it,
a series of movements that are absent of technical intent; e.g. a series of movements that are symbolic of blocking, grappling, guarding, parrying, striking, or throwing.
