Definition:
In this system, the key phrase "static condition" is defined as;
1. an expression that refers to a specific type of circumstance, such as a fixed or stationary biomechanical event; e.g. a biomechanical position is an example of a static condition,
2. in context with basic skill development, an expression that refers to an arrangement of, fixed or stationary, biomechanical elements,
3. in context with intermediate skill development, an expression that refers to an arrangement of, fixed or stationary, biomechanical elements and combative elements,
4. in context with advanced skill development, an expression that refers to an arrangement of, fixed or stationary, biomechanical elements and combative elements
