2. in context with intermediate skill development, a rank that is awarded to students who have officially entered into, or started, one of the following sub-studies; e.g. WLS 101 > Guarding Positions, WLS 201 > Striking Positions, WLS 301 > Blocking Positions, WLS 401 > Parrying Positions, WLS 501 > Grappling Positions, or WLS 601 > Throwing Positions,
3. in context with advanced skill development, a rank that is awarded to students who have officially entered into, or started, one of the following sub-studies; e.g. WLS 1001 > Guarding Positions, WLS 1002 > Striking Positions, WLS 1003 > Blocking Positions, WLS 1004 > Parrying Positions, WLS 1005 > Grappling Positions, or WLS 1006 > Throwing Positions,
